外商直接投资对安徽经济发展的影响及对策

外商直接投资对带动区域经济的发展具有重要作用。改革开放以来，安徽省在吸收和利用外商直接投资方面取得显著成效。文章概述了安徽外商直接投资的发展历程及特点，并运用EVIEWS软件对外商直接投资促进安徽经济发展作了实证分析。同时指出安徽在利用外商直接投资方面所存在的问题，并提出相应的对策建议。     

中国外汇储备过多的对策分析

2008年3月底,中国的外汇储备已经超过1.6万亿美元,如何合理有效地管理和利用它,将是一件很值得研究的问题。本文用外汇管理理论分析得出中国外汇储备已经过量,并在制度上和策略上提出有效利用外汇储备的一些方法。     

构建铁路客站治安防控体系刍议

本文在对当前铁路客站治安防控现状进行分析的基础上，提出了加强“五大能力、六大机制”建设这一构建科学、高效的客站治安防控体系的架构支撑，实现由事后处置为主向超前防范为主、由重治标向重治本的转变，是从更深层次和领域研究解决火车站地区治安问题的一次探索。     

Excess Control, Corporate Governance and Implied Cost of Equity: International Evidence

We investigate whether the separation between ownership and control rights can be costly to controlling shareholders and firms in terms of capital-raising costs. Using estimates of the cost of equity capital implied by analyst earnings forecasts and growth rate for a sample of 1,207 firms from nine Asian and 13 Western European countries, we find strong, robust evidence that the cost of equity is increasing in excess control, while controlling for other firm-level characteristics. This core finding persists after controlling for legal institutions variables.     

对中国上市公司控制权溢价的实证分析

运用2001-2004年的样本数据。在对中国上市公司控制权的隐性利益水平所进行的分析显示，中国上市公司的转让溢价水平除了与转让比例呈正相关以外，转让溢价水平与净资产收益率、现金比率、流通股数和公司规模均呈负相关。同时，随着转让比例的上升，一开始溢价比例会增加，但当转让比例达到一定程度时，溢价比例又会下降，溢价比例与转让比例之问是一种倒U型的非线性关系。     

人民币汇率改革与外商直接投资的相关性分析

目前国内针对人民币汇率的研究很少涉及汇率与资本流动项目关系的研究，所得的结论大多都认为人民币汇率的贬值有利于我国的外商直接投资。本文探讨了汇率改革及相应的汇率变动在微观层面的影响，并对汇率改革前后外商直接投资变化的原因进行了分析。提出了发挥汇率改革的积极作用，促进外商直接投资健康有序地增长的建议。     

Mobile technology usage and B2B market performance under mandatory adoption

This paper investigates the relationship between mandatory adoption of mobile information technology and market performance in the business-to-business (B2B) setting. This study presents and tests the B2B technology satisfaction model (TSM), including perceived loss of control as the mandatory technology acceptance-specific variable. The results of this study reveal that integrating perceived loss of control with user satisfaction and the TAM (technology acceptance model) in a single model can better explain the B2B market performance model. The empirical results suggest that perceived loss of control has a negative effect on user satisfaction and perceived market performance is influenced by user satisfaction and perceived usefulness. Managerial implications of the study are discussed.     

Does technological modularity substitute for control? A study of alliance performance in software outsourcing

Although control is presumed to be necessary to curb opportunism, its implementation in alliances can be costly and challenging. Paradoxically, some contemporary firms have counterintuitively developed successful alliances without extensive formal control. A widespread but untested assertion that might help reconcile this contradiction is that technological modularity reduces the need for alliance control. The objective of this study is to develop and test this assertion. Using data from 120 software outsourcing alliances, we show that, process control, outcome control, and modularity independently enhance alliance performance. However modularity and control are imperfect substitutes: modularity lowers the influence of process control but not of outcome control on alliance performance. Our theoretical development and empirical testing of the interactions of alliance control with modularity has significant implications for strategy theory and practice, which are also discussed.
